Every order is packed by hand in Jaipur, India, in a gift box.
When your order leaves us
- We pack and send your order within 1–2 business days.
- If you ask us to resize a ring, we will tell you any extra time before we send it.
- We email you when your parcel leaves, with tracking details when the courier provides them.

We send with Delhivery, ShipGlobal, India Post and USPS, depending on where you live.
Import duty and tax
- USA: Economy is Delivery Duty Paid. The import duty is already included in the shipping price, so there is nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives. With Standard or Express, the courier may charge import duty on delivery.
- Australia: we do not add any tax at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries you can choose at checkout, including the USA and Australia.
Lost or late parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after it left us, email us at Shivohamjewels0@gmail.com. We will trace it with the courier. If it is lost, we will send a new one or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will send it again once you pay the new shipping cost.
